Wildwood Country Club – Full Course Flyover | GSPro

*Wildwood Country Club – Full Course Flyover | GSPro* A hole-by-hole flyover of all 18 holes at Wildwood Country Club in Crawfordville, Florida, rebuilt for the GSPro golf simulator. *About the course* Wildwood Country Club was designed by Greg Diehl and opened in the mid-1990s. It's a par-72 layout among longleaf pines and live oaks on the sandy Gulf coastal plain south of Tallahassee, with pine-straw beds, sand waste areas and three ponds; the 18th doglegs left to a green guarded by water. This build shows the course as it looked about 2004, in its best years. From the back (Blue) tees it plays 6,504 yards (rating 70.6 / slope 123), with four sets of tees down to 5,159 yards. *About this build* This is a full 18-hole recreation of the course as it once was, made from real-world data: *Terrain* from USGS lidar, so every rise, dip and green slope matches the real ground. *Hole shapes* traced by hand from 2004 aerial photos: fairways, greens, bunkers, tees, the hole 5 island green in its sand ring, and the concrete cart paths. *About 9,400 trees and shrubs* native to Wakulla County (longleaf and slash pine, live oak, laurel oak, scrub oak), sized back to how they stood in 2004, with pine straw under the pines. **The 2004 clubhouse, cart barn, pool and tennis court**, the entrance sign with the club's 2004 logo, and the neighbouring homes as they stood then. **Out-of-bounds on the real property lines**, four tee sets, driving range with yardage signs, and practice green. Built in Inkscape, Blender, Unity and GreenKeeper with the OPCD toolset. *Chapters:* open with the course splash, then every hole in order, ending with the scorecard.
