Hypertension Case Finding Service (HCFS) Webinar

This webinar provides an overview of the newly updated Hypertension Case Finding Service (HCFS) and how community pharmacies providing this service can support GP practices in identifying patients with undiagnosed hypertension. Using Greater Manchester data, the session explores the scale and coverage of the service, the range of consultations delivered by community pharmacies, how patients access the service, and the potential opportunities to support practice capacity. It also outlines the support available from the Community Pharmacy Provider Board (CPPB) and Community Pharmacy Greater Manchester (CPGM) for practices interested in making greater use of the service. 8th October 2026
