Over a FULL HOUR of action packed plane spotting at Orlando International Airport (MCO) with flights arriving and departing in the midst of afternoon thunderstorms. We even get a visit from the Alaska Airlines "STAR WARS Galaxy's Edge" special livery at the end of this video. Filmed at Terminal Top Parking (and Parking B), we get a bird's eye view of MCO during peak hours at peak tourist season - Summer Vacation. Domestic traffic is dominated by Frontier, JetBlue, and Southwest thanks to their point to point service and U.S. passengers' desire for nonstop flights. Delta Airlines also dominates by providing the largest narrowbody planes (Boeing 757-300's and Airbus A321neos) alongside a rare visit from the Airbus A330-900neo. International traffic is dominated by UK and Latin American flights, thanks to Orlando's relative proximity to Latin America and the start of summer school holidays for British families. From the UK, three airlines - British Airways, Norse, and Virgin Atlantic all serve London (Gatwick and Heathrow) while Virgin Atlantic also serves Edinburgh (EDI) and Manchester (MAN). My mother, stepfather, Annabelle, and Ximena were onboard the Norse flight arriving from London-Gatwick as they returned from a UK trip of their own. From Latin America - Avianca, Copa Airlines, LATAM, and Volaris are a few of the most notable carriers serving MCO, with Panama City (PTY) being the most important destination. #orlando #mco #planespotting #orlandointernationalairport #summervacations
