ICHO — 銀杏: the ginkgo.
The leaf is shaped like a small fan, with a single split down the middle, and in autumn a whole avenue of them turns gold at once. The fallen leaves cover the ground before they are swept, so the path is gold and the canopy is gold at the same time.
It is the most common street tree in Japan — around 550,000 of them. They were planted along roads because they will grow where conditions are poor, and because they come back readily after hard pruning.
As a Japanese creator, I made this 65-minute soundscape of koto and shakuhachi for deep focus, calm work and a settled mind.
Use it for one block of focused work, study, reading, or a short reset. No lyrics, no sudden changes, no interruptions.
🎧 Best with headphones.

About Wabi Sabi Focus:
One Japanese aesthetic concept, every day, turned into music for deep calm. Music and artwork are created with AI tools (SUNO for music, AI image tools for art), then curated, arranged, and edited by a Japanese creator who lives these aesthetics. We believe in being open about our process.
