Introduction to Hybrid Drumming

In recent times, Cuban rhythms such as the Rumba, Mambo, and Guan Guanco and Brazillian rhythms such as the Samba and Batucada have filtered into the mainstream genres of American music. "Hybrid drumming" adapts these rhythms so that they can be played along with different styles, ranging from Blues and Jazz to Funk and Pop.
