Shadow Work During Venus and Mercury Retrograde

Venus is retrograde and squaring Pluto, and it’s stirring up the deep stuff. In this video I share how I’m working with this energy personally, using journaling to walk through the shadows of old trauma feelings instead of pushing them away. Pluto doesn’t let us skip the hard parts. It asks us to sit with what’s been buried so it can finally transform and release. Journaling has been my way of making space for that process, gently and honestly. I also touch on Mercury heading into retrograde. When I filmed this last week it hadn’t stationed yet, but as of today both Mercury and Venus are retrograde. A powerful window to slow down, reflect, and revisit what’s ready to be healed.
