Learn the one call close price delivery process I use in home improvement sales to make a high-ticket price credible, prevent negotiation, protect your commission, and sell at higher prices.
After you deliver price, you still have to handle the homeowner’s response, isolate the money objection, and close the sale. Get my free One Call Close Mini-Course for home-improvement sales reps, with roleplays for “too much money,” “I need to think about it,” and “I want 3 estimates”:

Price delivery starts the close. In this video, I explain how to establish fixed and fair pricing, eliminate concerns about hidden charges, introduce your sale and initial visit discount before they sound contrived, review the complete scope of work, and recommit the homeowner before presenting the price.
You’ll learn why the normal selling price must sound credible before any discount can have impact, why you should deliver prices in stages, and how your confidence and tone affect what the homeowner thinks the job costs. If you make $21,000 sound like a lot of money, it will feel like a lot of money. Learn to say it with the same confidence as $4.95.
I also cover how to present cash and financing options, start with the highest payment, gently assume the order, and keep price delivery separate from handling objections. If the homeowner immediately says, “That’s too much money,” maintain control and complete your price-delivery process before moving into objection handling.
These one call close techniques apply to windows, roofing, siding, bathrooms, kitchens, HVAC, flooring, and other high-ticket home improvement sales. The goal is to build value before price, stop unnecessary negotiation, maintain control of the close, protect your commission, and make more sales at higher prices.
