There’s matcha at home | Tropical plants in cold climates | Car Boot Sale

This week is all about balance moving my body, slowing down, and getting things done. I’m sharing a mix of strength training sessions, my at-home matcha routine (after testing so many matcha powders until I finally found one with zero aftertaste), and productive workdays spent hopping between cozy coffee shops. You’ll also come along for a bulk grocery shop, some tropical plant care in the UK (watering, maintaining, and keeping them alive despite the climate 😅), and a fun weekend at a car boot sale where I declutter and make a few sales. If you love realistic routines, wellness habits, plant care, and calm productivity this one’s for you 🌱 ✨ Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and let me know your favourite matcha brands or plant care tips in the comments! 📲 Keep up with me on TikTok for more daily moments: @elly_space 🌸 F O L L O W M Y S O C I A L S 🌸 ◦ TikTok: @elly_space ◦ Business contact: ellyspaceinfo@gmail.com 🌸 Shop at my Etsy store 🌸 Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/shop/BUDUWA YOUTUBE CHAPTERS 00:00 – Intro 00:10 – Strength training & staying consistent 01:09 – Making the perfect matcha at home 🍵 02:50 – Working remotely from coffee shops 03:29 – Bulk grocery shopping & restocking 04:05 – Caring for tropical plants in the UK 🌴 05:50 – Car boot sale prep + selling
