Floats, kings, costumes, a Fortnite bus, and a crowd of families who were all dressed far better for this than I was. It was 4 degrees, I was too close to the sea, and the breeze went straight through every layer I had on. Everything I read said bring gloves. My gloves were in my suitcase. I lasted 40 minutes.
