Crispy Paneer Popcorn Recipe | Super Crunchy & Delicious! 🤤

Try this easy Crispy Paneer Popcorn recipe! Golden and crunchy on the outside, soft and flavourful on the inside, these bite-sized paneer pieces are perfect for tea time, parties, get-togethers or evening snacking. 😋 🥘TO PREPARE THE MARINADE:- Add ½ tsp Kashmiri chilli powder to a bowl. ¼ tsp Turmeric powder. ½ tsp Cumin powder. ½ tsp Tandoori Chicken Masala. ½ tsp Ginger-Garlic paste. ¼ tsp Salt. 1 tbsp oil. Mix well. Add the paneer cubes and all the marinade ingredients to a bowl. Coat each piece of paneer evenly with the marinade. Set aside and let it marinate for 15–20 minutes. 🥣FOR THE SLURRY:- Add 3 tbsp corn flour to a bowl. Add a pinch of Kashmiri red chilli powder & a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and mix well to make a medium-thick slurry. Our slurry is ready! 👩‍🍳 Method Take one piece of marinated paneer, dip it into the slurry and coat it well with crushed cornflakes. Repeat the same process with the remaining marinated paneer. Carefully add the coated paneer to hot oil and fry over medium flame until golden, crispy and crunchy.
