Who's your (big) Daddy!?

We're up early and ready for an exciting visit to the Namib Naukluft Park on day 11 of this 23-day tour from Vic Falls to Cape Town. We will be specifically visiting Sossusvlei and the Sesriem Canyon, inside the Namib-Naukluft National Park, which is the largest conservation area in Africa. Sossusvlei is arguably Namibia’s most spectacular and popular attraction. Famous for the large red dunes that surround it, Sossusvlei itself is a large, white, salt and clay pan and makes for a great destination all year round. We left early for a spectacular day and also dropped in to visit the narrow slot canyon of Sesriem, after a few conquered the majestic Big Daddy Dune, at 325m high one of the tallest dunes in southern Africa.
