Mohammed Sabih, a 31-year-old Palestinian, works at a falafel shop he rehabilitated in Jabalia, in the northern Gaza Strip, after his father’s shop was destroyed during the Israeli offensive. Sabih continues to work—despite having lost his right eye and right hand in an Israeli strike that targeted his home and family in November 2023—because he has no other provider or source of income.
