Rafael Zen - If We Assume A Body (2026) #electronicmusic #music #experimentalmusic #electronic

If We Assume A Body is a four-track experimental electronic EP exploring the body through breath, collision, distortion, and found sound - thought to be performed in collaboration with dance artists. Built through sound collage, electronic synthesis, and extended vocalizations, the work wants body to become noise, instrument to become environment, and glitches to become both rhythm & fragment. Drawing from John Cage, Nicolas Jaar, Tanya Tagaq, Cadu Tenório, Teto Preto, and Legacy Russell, the EP wants sound as material: sampled, stretched, repeated, distorted, interrupted, suddenly unfamiliar. 00:00 - 05:14 — If We Assume A Body 05:15 - 10:31 — Bumping Onto Walls 10:32 - 17:15 — Matter Of Fact 17:16 - 21:47 — As I Begin To Cover The Nakedness Rafael Zen / 2026 / All Rights Reserved
