FAS TV Series 6 Ep 14 - Peacehill Farming Limited

On this week's FAS TV, we're in Fife at Peacehill Farm. Peacehill is a progressive family farming business owned and managed by the Forster family, producing cereals, potatoes, veg, energy crops, and poultry. Peacehill also has an on-farm gym owned and run by Ross's wife Emma, along with a major AD plant, Peacehill Gas Limited. Ross Forster shares the history and growth of his family's business before we follow arable manager Hamish and veg supervisor Pavlin on a busy day harvesting potatoes, cauliflower, and broccoli for supermarket retailers. Scotland’s Farm Advisory Service (FAS) is funded by the Scottish Government, providing information and resources aimed at increasing the profitability and sustainability of farms and crofts.
