Cartridges can come up slightly short in a housing made by a different company, even when both are sold as 20 inch. In the review we cover, the original housing wasn’t a Crystal Quest housing. What can you do if a cartridge is slightly too short for the housing? A common fix we suggest is adding another gasket at the top or bottom of the cartridge to give it a little extra height. If you’re unsure, contact our team and we’ll help. What does Crystal Quest do about negative reviews? We read them, look into what happened, and respond personally. If something went wrong, we work to fix it, whether that means a refund, a replacement, or the correct part. What if a part is damaged or I have trouble connecting a filter to my faucet?
