I Turned My CR-10 Into This…

This is Part 4 of my full ground-up CR-10 rebuild, where I focus on the final assembly, electronics, chamber heating, water cooling, cable management, and making the electronics look as good as the printer itself. I finish the custom electronics cabinets, install the mains electronics and power supplies, add a 500W PTC chamber heater, integrate the touchscreen, SSD and WiFi power control, and build the illuminated acrylic cable management system. I also sleeve every wire and add acrylic panels to help protect the electronics from dust. The project combines DIY 3D printing, mechanical engineering, electronics, Klipper, water cooling, CAD design, laser cutting, and custom cable management. The printer isn't completely finished yet, and I still have some final tuning and upgrades to complete, including replacing the noisy fans, relocating the water-cooling pump and radiator, and performing final input shaping. All of the project files are available below, with the final tested version coming once I've finished putting the machine through its paces.
