Everything Christmas Cookies: ~ Ingredients ~ -1 cup butter (browned), 180g -1 cup dark brown sugar, 126g 1/2 cup white sugar, 110g -1 tsp kosher salt -1 tsp espresso powder 2 tsp vanilla -1 egg +1 egg yolk -1 cup bread flour 86g -3/4 cup all purpose flour, 115g -1 tsp baking soda -1/3 cup white chocolate morsels, 60g -1/3 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chunks, 45g -1/3 cup Christmas m&ms, 70g -1/2 crushed pretzels, 30g -1 cornflakes or potato chips, 25g -whatever else is in Robynne's pantry Alternatively 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips ⁃ 5 oz dark chocolate chunks Scoop and overnight chill Oven: 350°F 10-14 mins (Makes about 30 cookies)
