Why Graduating Isn't Enough: Inside Passion4Health's 2026 Summer Training

Graduating from a healthcare program doesn't guarantee a healthcare leader. In this video, the core team of Passion4Health shares the personal story behind the foundation, and the instructors of our 2026 summer training explain how they prepared Cohort II scholars for the health workforce. Passion4Health is a Rwandan foundation that gives young healthcare professionals the skills, confidence, and leadership to care for their communities. Cohort II brought together 25 students from healthcare programs, including nursing, medicine, and pharmacy, for a two-month training.
