What happens when you Die?

Do we just cease to exist? Are we put in the ground and that is all there is? Sadly, for some people at funerals I have officiated at or attended, that is their understanding. Thankfully the Apostle Paul declared in 2 Corinthians 5:8 that “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.” The good news is that when you as a Christian close your eyes in death, you will then open them up in heaven. It's all about Christ's resurrection which makes it possible for our resurrection. In 1 Corinthians 15, Paul gives us 4 truths about the resurrection. #1. The Resurrection proves the Reality of our Belief. #2. It provides a New Understanding of Death and Eternity. #3. It provides Power to Live a New Life. #4. It proclaims New Hope for Today.
