Ingredients: Baingan/Eggplants 6 medium or 750g Salt 1tsp for rubbing Red Chili 1tsp for rubbing Turmeric 1/4tsp for rubbing Ghee/Oil 1cup Onion 2large Tomato 5large Salt 1tsp Red Chili 1.5tsp Turmeric 1/4tsp Cumin Roasted and Crushed 1tsp Yoghurt Thick (hunged) 1.5cups Red Chili Flakes 1/2tsp Green Chilies 2tbs Lemon Juice of 2 lemons
