Mega Man X4 "X, no items" TAS in 39:55.96 by HappyLee

Updated new TAS, for the Mega Man fans. "No items" means no hearts, E/W/Ex-Tanks, or any piece of armor. It's a 552 frame (9.2 second) improvement over my TAS in 2022. Most of the improvements come from Final Weapon stage, using Ride Armor vs. General (found by me, saving 531 frames). Also the 8 boss refights are improved. This project took quite some time and effort, so please give it like and share it with your friend or in the Mega Man community. Thanks. For more information, please read: https://tasvideos.org/9933S
