Mike Mussina gets the start for the Yankees (9-4) and Steve Trachsel (7-6) for the Mets a game that turned out to be a blow out for the Mets.Trachsel pitches one of his best outings of 2004 pitching 7 solid innings giving up 2 runs on only 3 hits striking out 4 while walking 2. While Mussina has a rough outing only going 7 runs on 9 Mets hits, and is relieved in the 6th with right hander Bret Prinz. Richard Hidalgo continues his hot bat since coming over to the Mets going 3 for 4 with 3 RBIs.
