This discovery didn’t begin with a cathedral. It began with my face. In this video I share a discovery that stopped me in my tracks — the architecture of churches and cathedrals appears to mirror the anatomy of the cranium, from the façade (the face), to the nasal passage (the nave), to the vaulted dome (the cranial vault), and even the hidden inner chambers deep within the skull. This realization began for me when a cross-shaped pattern formed between my eyebrows after years of releasing deep tension in my body… and then I saw the same pattern reflected in the rose window of Rosslyn Chapel in Scotland. From there, everything unfolded.
