NC Is a Movement of Public Service and Collective Leadership: Imran Shah Calls for Stronger Grassroots Engagement; Several PDP Workers Join NC Anantnag, November 06: National Conference Senior Leader and Vice President Anantnag, Imran Amin Shah, today attended a party workers’ meeting at Doni Check, Anzvola, where he interacted with party functionaries and grassroots workers. On the occasion, several workers affiliated with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) joined the National Conference, expressing their confidence in the party’s leadership, ideology and commitment to public service. Shah welcomed the new entrants into the party fold and expressed confidence that their joining would further strengthen the National Conference at the grassroots level. Addressing the gathering, Shah said that the National Conference is a movement built on a legacy of public service, collective leadership, democratic values and the sacrifices of generations of dedicated workers. He emphasised the importance of strengthening the party’s grassroots network and urged workers to remain committed to addressing public grievances and ensuring that the concerns of the people reach the appropriate authorities. Shah appreciated the dedication and commitment of party workers, describing them as the backbone of the organisation and an essential link between the party and the public. He stressed the need for sustained public outreach, organisational discipline and collective efforts to further strengthen the party at the grassroots level. Shah was accompanied by prominent political figure Manzoor Ahmad Shawal, along with other party functionaries and workers.
