Explore Leh Like Never Before ! Drive through Offbeat Roads | Gompas , Stupas & Palaces of Leh

We had arrived at Leh yesterday and already explored Spituk Gompa , Hall of Fame , Shanti Stupa & Leh Market ! Today we explore the Gompas , Stupas and Palaces around Leh like never before , driving in our Jimny along NH 3 and along the left bank of the Indus through an offbeat road that offers mesmerizing views of Leh and the Stok Kangri range. We will make a 120 odd kms round trip from our hotel , first visiting the frequented sights along NH3 and then diverting to the left bank of the mighty Indus. We drive through an offbeat but extremely scenic route visiting the unique , pristine and offbeat Gompas , Stupas and Palaces around Leh. We are even rewarded with a proverbial rainbow at the end of the road! We will discuss in detail about the new environmental permit requirements of Ladakh , which replaced the earlier DC Office Permit system.
