The Karnataka High Court rejected a plea by two IndusInd Bank officials seeking to quash an FIR linked to an alleged fake gold loan racket involving imitation jewellery and around 15 bank accounts. The court directed the CID to investigate the case, observing that alleged procedural irregularities would not erase the substance of the allegations.
