How to Make the Lugs (Bamboo Bike Tutorial 7)

This is the last tutorial in the series, and it's the messy one. We join the bamboo tubes together with composite lugs, wrapping flax fibre soaked in epoxy resin around each joint until the frame becomes one solid piece. The lugs are what hold everything together, so it's worth taking your time here. We show how we build them up layer by layer, and what they should look like once they've cured.
