Spearfishing False Bay: Yellowtail and Bonnito shore dive

This was the last time I bumped into yellow tail and bonnito in False Bay (Cape Town) last summer (2020). I am super exited about when they will be back - and I am sure you are! What is the earliest you have heard of guys getting tail in False Bay from a shore dive? I think last season some champs got tail at Millers as early as September! Follow @apneaphoria on Instagram. When spearfishing in Cape Town: keep in mind with such amazing green-listed fish around we can be sparing with slow growing and highly residential fish like Red Sump Nose, Red Roman, etc. You will see in my last dive I didnt pull the trigger on a Bonnie. I didnt feel confident with the shot and decided to rather not pull the trigger and potentially injure the animal.
