Man Builds Free House From Recycled Junk, Scrap Wood, and Tree Branches

Man turns recycled junk into a free forest home. He affordably crafts a visionary DIY cabin, high in the trees by using free scrap wood, natural branches, and recycled materials. Rik Sassa, half artist half builder, and full time homesteader, uses unconventional building methods to create extraordinary tree cottages nestled deep in the woods of Vermont. Everything he uses is naturally produced or recycled material. From start to finish his designs blend with the natural world, and his creativity and passion shine through wherever you look. Here's his full home tour. ____________________________ Visit Rik's Place 🏠 http://bit.ly/3QXC7ZY ____________________________ Follow Rik on Youtube 🎥    / @nestinthetrees6418   ____________________________ See Rik's other Up-cycled builds    • Man Lives Underground in Hand-Built Hobbit...      • Man Builds Free House In Forest from Twigs...   ____________________________ Thanks for watching everyone ❤️ More videos coming soon! ____________________________ 00:00 - 02:42 Introduction 02:43 - 04:27 Heading inside: Lower Level 04:28 - 05:01 Custom Furniture 05:02 - 06:33 Upstairs Bedrooms 06:34 - 07:16 DIY Spiral Staircase 07:17 - 08:24 The Bathroom 08:25 - 12:08 Free material usage and functionality 12:09 - 12:53 The upper deck 12:54 - 14:22 The Suspension Bridge 14:23 - 16:16 The Shower 16:17 - 18:32 The Kitchen 18:33 - 19:26 House Overview 19:27 - 19:56 Conclusion
