Building a Cozy Log Cabin From Old Ruins | Start to Finish

Hello, I'm Mikhail. During an autumn hike deep in the wilderness, I came across something unusual—a pile of very old logs hidden among the trees. They were the remains of a cabin that had disappeared long ago. The place around it was wild, quiet, and incredibly beautiful, so I decided to try something: rebuild a small shelter using the old logs and whatever materials I could find nearby. Little by little, the cabin began to take shape. I reused the old timber, built a simple roof from poles, and made a chimney using clay from the surrounding area. What had started as a forgotten pile of logs slowly became a warm and cozy little cabin. Then the weather changed. Cold autumn rain and thick fog covered the forest, but inside the cabin the stove kept everything warm and dry. Outside—rain, mist, wet leaves, and the sound of the forest. Inside—fire, warmth, and a quiet place to spend the night.
