Frankenstein Halloween Cake

This cake was so easy and fun to make, and no Halloween would be complete without this beloved big green monster. So follow along and watch as I bring this little creation to life. It's Alive!!! Chocolate Ganache Recipe 250g semi sweet chocolate 250g heavy cream (I used whipping cream and it was perfect) 1 tablespoon glucose or light corn syrup (optional for shine) Place the chocolate in a large bowl. Heat the cream in a saucepan on medium-high. Just before it starts boiling, remove from the heat. Pour the cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute. Stir the mixture gently to incorporate as little air as possible into the chocolate. Stir in the syrup, if using. Let cool until chocolate runs slowly down the sides of the bowl when dripped.
