One of the most famous beaches on the south coast of NSW is Seven Mile Beach. Stretching from Gerroa in the north to Shoalhaven Heads in the south, this is a rugged beach that has something for everyone. In this episode I take a look at Gerroa and then head south exploring Seven Mile Beach National Park's reserves.
