Raw Footage of Ammy Virk training in India for Bollywood movie "83"

This was filmed between March 3rd - April 12 of 2019. These are all the training clips we were able to capture. Ammy started his training during this time for the Bollywood movie "83" which is being directed by Kabir Khan. I had to create a nutrition and training program for Ammy to shed a few pounds so he can play the role of Balwinder Sandhu. We were in different locations during this entire time in India.
