Goan Beef Roast Ingredients required 1 kg beef 1/2 tbsp salt 1 tbsp vinegar Ingredients required for the masala 1 roasted onion 1/2 tbsp peppercorn 2” cinnamon stick 7-8 cloves 1 tsp cumin seeds 1/4 turmeric powder 10-12 garlic pods 2” ginger 1 tsp salt vinegar for grinding Other ingredients 1 large onion 2-3 dry red chillies salt to taste oil sugar NOTE: Please slice the beef across the grain, which makes the beef slices more tender. I’ve cut the beef parallel, as I like to shred the slices & sometimes I make beef chilly fry 😊
