Renunciation is the 3rd scenario in the Devapala campaign, with the goal being to kill or convert the 3 Huna Khans scattered across the map.
There is a lot of flexibility with how you can approach this scenario, but I still think the best way to go about it is boom quickly (since you start with 2 town centers) and try to convert the huna khan closest to you to get an ally immediately in the game. Following this, you should ignore Red and go and crush Blue to gain map control and then either kill or convert the 2 remaining Huna Khans.
Alternatively, you can crush the closest Huna Khan, go for Red (either as an Ally or Enemy), go for Blue (to gain map control and prevent a relic victory) or just ignore Red and Blue and go straight for the Huna Khans and either kill them or convert them, so there are plenty of options to play this scenario.
Regardless, to convert or kill the Huna Khans, you should have monks (healing helps after skirmishes, or to convert), 2-3 armoured elephants, rathas, battle elephants and elephant archers. The elephants are very durable while the rathas provide excellent support either in melee or ranged mode. Go to the camp, convert or kill, heal up, then rinse and repeat twice more.
If aiming to convert the Huna Khans, send your army in with the monks to distract/kill the enemy forces, then move your monks in and start converting. If done right, Green will turn to Light Blue and they will become your allies and eventually start attacking Green.
Once all three Huna Khans are eliminated or converted, the scenario is yours.
Allies
Allied Hunas (Light Blue): The player gains more allied Hunas if they choose to convert the Huna Khans instead of killing them. The converted Hunas will attack the Hunas.
Neutral → Allies
Pratiharas (Red): The Pratiharas are located at the south of the map. They will ally to the player and become aggressive to the Hunas if the player tributes 1000 gold.
Enemies
Huna Khans (Purple): The three Khans you are trying to kill or convert.
Hunas (Green): The main enemy who have three camps across the map, one just west of the player, and the other two in the north and west ends of the map. They will send waves of soldiers consisting of Keshiks, Light Cavalry, Cavalry Archers, and Skirmishers, along with Battering Rams.
Multan (Blue): The city is located in the center, and even though it will not attack aggressively, it will eventually attempt a Relic victory.
