Tennessee Valley Railroad Doubleheader, Steam Trip & Diesel Trip through Chattanooga & North Georgia

Two Train Trips in two days through beautiful Southern Tennessee and Northern Georgia. The first trip is aboard the Missionary Ridge Local and the 1904 Southern Steam Locomotive #630 is the Star of the Show! She takes us on vintage 1850s tracks through a very historic tunnel and eventually ends up at a functioning Turntable where we see the process of turning this 122 year old marvel around ! The next day is a 6 hour Chickamauga Turn tour in a 1947 Chesapeake and Ohio Stainless Steel Dome/Parlor and Observation car. It is post war luxury as we ride through Chattanooga and southern Tennessee to the town of Chickamauga, Georgia.
