Mom Natasha left, but the eggplants are still there. I’m trying to cook a Filipino dish myself. Torta Talong is a completely new eggplant dish for me. It really has a fresh, new taste. I like this kind of Filipino food… if my dish is even slightly similar to the traditional one..
