Part 2 of 2 In this video, we close out a 5yr tradition shooting whitewing / morning dove during the September Opening Season in Deep South Texas at the 1911 Shooting Range in McCook, Texas. Family and friends invited my son and I to cook for the yearly tradition post season to bbq whitewing/morning dove jalapeno poppers in Pearland, Texas. For the past 10 years, the dove hunters from Houston/Pearland Texas gather at one of the hunters home and bbq the dove in the form of dove jalapeno poppers. This usually takes place in October or November.
