In the summer of 2023 I was struggling with the idea of success as someone who works for herself. I kept stumbling into other people's definition, which never felt right. And then I met Fausto one night when trying a new pizzeria, supposed the best in Malta. I thought it might be interesting to ask him about his success and make a film about it. He agreed. Fausto Soldini is the owner of the Sotto restaurant group in Malta. Here he tells his story and speaks about his design aesthetic. And I explain what I learned from talking to him.
