What If Padmé Became Palpatine’s Secret Apprentice?

What if Padmé Amidala’s greatest strength became the very thing Palpatine used to corrupt her? In this Star Wars What If story, Padmé’s compassion for the suffering people of the galaxy leads her down a darker path. As the Clone Wars tear the Republic apart, Palpatine shows her the ugly truth behind the Senate, the Jedi, and the endless war. But instead of rejecting him, Padmé begins to believe that mercy needs power… and that peace may require terrible choices. Anakin Skywalker soon realizes the woman he loves is being pulled toward the darkness, but saving Padmé may mean standing against both the Jedi and the Sith. As the Republic collapses and the Empire rises, Padmé must decide whether her love for Anakin, Luke, and Leia is strong enough to pull her back from the shadow of Darth Sidious. This is a dark and emotional Star Wars alternate timeline about Padmé Amidala, Anakin Skywalker, Palpatine, the fall of the Republic, and the birth of the Rebellion. What if Padmé fell to the dark side before Anakin? Watch until the end to see how one choice changes the fate of the entire galaxy.
