AD9850 DDS Signal Generator sketch

While looking for a commercial Direct Digital Synthesis Function generator I discovered this project http://www.vwlowen.co.uk/arduino/AD98... I had a spare TFT display so I ordered up an AD9850 module. This the first take at creating my own version of that project.
