Solo PEAK A6 - Trying to ascend solo, but... another statue atop the Citadel...

Broadcast live on Twitch on September 26, 2026 I'm pretty good at this game, so I figured, maybe - maybe I could ascend solo? And tbh, I could have! If I wasn't a DAMNED IDIOT! But, alas... Also, I've been working on a mod (with heavy assistance from AI, ngl), and do a little bit of testing at the beginning of each run. PEAK’s such a prominent game in the ‘friendslop’ genre. The goal is simply to climb to the top, alone or with your friends overcoming exhaustion, hunger, poison, heat, cold, and gravity. It’s a silly, cartoony first-person game, and the challenges aren’t necessarily realistic, but they’re definitely fun! Mistakes can be fatal but many deaths turn out to be a little comical, with your little cartoony Scouts bouncing down the mountain. There’s a ton of really thoughtful cooperative interactivity, like the ability to pull your friend up or to grab a falling friend with a “rescue claw,” or pulling thorns out of your friend’s body who was shoved by a tornado into a cactus, or huddling up together for warmth during a blizzard It’s a hard game that doesn’t take itself too seriously, and I personally find it a joy to play alone or with people, though it’s much harder alone.
