Fast and frosty revamped Shredder trail at Ae Forest (inc bigger road gap) MTB, 7 Stanes, Scotland.

Fast rocky and icy downhill on the updated Shredder trail (inc 20ft long step down road gap) in Sub zero temperatures at Ae Forest. A bit of action on the trails after my first coaching session with former World Cup Downhill competitor Frazer Mccubbing. It's hard to change any posture changes on the bike overnight and when confronted with icy rocks it's easy to forget everything and go into survival mode again. However I did remember to get back into the correct position when things got sketchy, so progress is happening. Also thanks to Callum Mccubbing for giving my bike a tune up in time for the Adrenaline Uplift. All in all a great day on the trails and proof you can still shred in sub zero temperatures. I'll definitely be back as I lost some good footage of a natural off piste trail and I'll also tackle the full on downhill trails next time.
