Return To Contentnea Creek Edwards Bridge to Grifton, another Kayaking Adventure 9 11 26

Todays Adventure was a return kayak paddle on Contentnea Creek from Edwards Bridge Road Boating Access to Grifton NC Boating Access. Our 9.75 mile trip was an interesting one. Different from our last time back in the spring paddling this section. Water was down about 1.5 ft from then and this morning Grifton showed 5.58 ft. The minimum I would try to paddle this section! It was a fun day though even with the low water, sand bars, downed trees and portages. Another good time on the water with friends. Come follow me on this New Adventure. Hope you enjoy.
