Harlech Castle - Travelling NYADs

This was a fairly quick look at Harlech Castle. We took the wheelchair up the steepest street in the world, and we were let through a gate into the castle by some band people who were setting up for the QueenEsque concert, which has just finished as I write. We didn't realise it was closed but when we set off we were only having a quick look today. However, considering how steep the streets are and the fact that we are in a motorhome, we might not get back tomorrow. Still it was fantastic to get even this brief glimpse inside. The music is Desert Caravan as I was thinking about the knights travelling off to the Middle East in the Crusades, and their sons and grandsons serving at Harlech and wondering about those far off lands.
