🚨 Josh Johnson and Ammon McNeff both went to police about Reckless Ben. So why aren't the Bricks & Minifigs bosses in the crew's lawsuit? Lead attorney Solomon Radner explains why they held off on Johnson, and why he expects Ben to file his own case. WATCH NEXT: A Florida cop swore a dad fled from him. None of them was ever charged with a crime. I sat down with their lead attorney, Solomon Radner, and plaintiff Sheldon Norcross to talk about why they sued, the "stolen Lego" search warrant, and why the Bricks & Minifigs bosses who went to police about Ben aren't defendants. Radner explains why his team considered naming BAM franchise manager Josh Johnson under a Section 1983 conspiracy theory but chose to focus on the police. He also says he'll sue the Airbnb owner if the tip behind the warrant turns out to be false, explains why Reckless Ben isn't a plaintiff yet, and walks through how damages work in a civil rights case, including punitive damages he says can reach seven or eight figures. I also break down the body cam clip connecting a supervising officer to the Airbnb owner, and what I expect once Ben's American Fork charges are resolved: his own claims, including possible malicious prosecution claims over what Josh Johnson and Ammon McNeff told police. The case: Norcross v. City of American Fork, No. 2:26-cv-01008 (D. Utah), filed Oct. 14, 2026. Everything in the complaint is an allegation. Johnson and McNeff are not parties to this lawsuit and have not been charged with any crime.
