Debussy / Arabesque No.1 16:56 [Note on Improvisation to Piano-no-kai] This work is an improvisation in the memory of UTokyo Piano Club (= Piano-no-kai), to which I belonged for 9 years. It is tightly based on the theme g-c-a-f-fis-f-fis-d-a-c, a transliteration of P-I-A-N-O-N-O-K-A-I by the following rule: Letters A-H become a-h, and letters I, J, K, L, M, ... become c, cis, d, dis, e, ..., ascending chromatically.
