In this video, I step inside Arman Tsarukyan’s fight camp and find out very quickly that UFC training is no joke! With Arman getting ready to fight this weekend, I joined an MMA session at Santo Studio led by former UFC champion TJ Dillashaw. We worked through grappling, takedowns, wall work and conditioning alongside some seriously high-level fighters.
