Today I headed into the Olympia 2026 Expo to watch the Men’s Physique Olympia prejudging and obviously I was there supporting the main man Ryan Terry! 🇬🇧 And WOW… what a show. The standard of athletes this year is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone came in looking unreal and the comparisons were seriously impressive. I HAVE RYAN TERRY WINNING! And no, that isn’t me just being biased because he’s my friend and training partner. I genuinely believe that when you look at the condition, symmetry, shape, proportions and overall presentation, Ryan is absolutely ticking the boxes for what Men’s Physique is supposed to be. Obviously, that’s just my opinion, I’m not one of the judges, but actuskkg bejng here and watching it live and seeing everyone side-by-side, that’s where I’m at with it.
