How to Connect Your Calendar to Housing Market CRM

Connecting your Microsoft 365 calendar to Housing Market CRM Pro lets the CRM see when you are already busy, so online viewing bookings avoid those times, and puts the viewings it books into your own calendar. This tutorial opens Calendar connections from Settings, explains what the connection can and cannot see, and starts the connection. The sign-in and permission step happens on Microsoft’s own page; afterwards you return to the CRM, where the provider shows as connected.
